Sasha Reback
Registered Psychotherapist,
Owner
Sasha is a compassionate and experienced psychotherapist with nearly a decade of clinical expertise. Her early experiences in acute care settings, including hospital, addiction recovery and mental health crisis services, provided a strong foundation in evidence-based care, which she now brings to her collaborative work with clients. Sasha believes in the transformative power of a strong therapeutic alliance, fostering trust and connection as the cornerstone of meaningful change.
She integrates best-practice methods such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioural Therapy (DBT), Emotion Focused Individual Therapy (EFIT), Narrative Therapy, and Solution-Focused Therapy. Sasha has particular interest and expertise in working with adults with ADHD, helping clients address challenges like procrastination, emotional regulation, and masking behaviors, while fostering self-awareness, motivation, and a healthy self-concept.
Passionate about supporting clients in navigating struggles with anxiety, burnout, grief, life transitions, and people-pleasing tendencies, Sasha is equally committed to helping individuals overcome addiction and dependency, offering a safe, collaborative space where clients can explore their strengths, challenge unhelpful patterns, and achieve meaningful growth.
Sasha’s multi-dimensional framework in working with her clients supports client-centred care and encourages creativity in approaching problems.
Outside of work, Sasha enjoys spending time with her pets, playing music, and listening to audiobooks.
